Ben is an industry leading transactional lawyer and an active leader in sustainable finance.

He is a founder of the Hong Kong Green Finance Association and is the Hong Kong representative and member of the Steering Committee of the United Nations Financial Centres for Sustainability network.

He has more than 20 years of legal experience, with a focus in M&A, projects, financings and tech. Ben has represented a broad range of clients (including SOEs, MNCs, PE, financial institutions and start-ups) on a diverse range of transactions including deals in excess of many USD billions.

He is also a qualified lawyer in England and Hong Kong.
