I believe that sustainability can only be worked towards collectively, and not individually. Sustainability in schools provides a community where people can work to achieve smaller goals within the school, and see improvements. Additionally, in-school sustainability is an accessible way for young people to take action in the field.

What excites me the most about TASS, is that it will give me the opportunity to hear from student leaders in sustainability globally, which is incredible for sustainability being a collective goal. Being able to communicate new ideas and implement them at my own school would be ideal.
