Introducing sustainability practices in schools teaches students about environmental stewardship, resource conservation, and the importance of sustainable living. It helps instill a sense of responsibility towards the environment from a young age. Since schools are large institutions they have a significant environmental footprint, so implementing sustainable practices help in making a positive change. What excites me the most about being a TASS Student Ambassador is meeting new people who are driven by the same passion as me in hopes for making a healthy and sustainable future.
