Sustainability might just be one of the most talked-about ideas of the 21st century, but its importance goes far beyond words. I believe sustainability is the foundation of a functioning and capable educational system—it is not only crucial for our school, but for humanity and all life on the planet.

As students, we spend the majority of our day at school, so learning about sustainability from an early age allows us to incorporate it naturally into our lives in the future. Being a TASS student ambassador gives me the opportunity to work alongside like-minded students who, like me, are passionate about creating real change for a sustainable future, also allowing me to learn from diverse perspectives, explore global sustainability challenges, and develop innovative solutions.
