When I was in primary school, my teacher showed our class a video of one of Greta Thunberg’s speeches, in which she was criticising world leaders for not taking immediate action to mitigate the effects of human-caused climate change. That was one of my first exposures towards grasping the idea of the state of our environment.

Since then, I’ve learnt more about our environment and understood how humans have affected it, which drove me to want to try my best to help protect our planet for the future generations. As a TASS Student Ambassador, I hope to make bigger and more impactful changes to promote sustainability, and encourage others to join in our efforts to create a more sustainable future for our school community.
