Sustainability in schools matters to me because I believe the habits we build as students can shape the future. Schools are where we spend a large part of our lives, so even small changes in the way we use resources, reduce waste, and care for our surroundings can have a meaningful impact. I also believe sustainability should be something we practice, not just something we learn about.

What excites me most about being a TASS Student Ambassador is the opportunity to turn ideas into action. I’m excited to meet students who are passionate about sustainability, exchange ideas, and bring creative initiatives back to my school. I hope to encourage more students to get involved and show that making a difference can start with small, everyday actions.
