We are pleased to introduce Small World Christian Kindergarten as the newest TASS member and the first kindergarten to join the Alliance.

Housed in a former British military hospital building in Mid Levels, Small World was established in Hong Kong in 1986 as an International Early Years Curriculum accredited Christian school that is dedicated to whole-child education. The Victorian brick complex is surrounded by shady trees and a large, enclosed outdoor playground space where the children learn to explore their creativity and appreciate the beauty of nature. The outdoors is also incorporated into teaching time: children learn about the growing cycle as they plant seeds and watch them sprout.

Pictured above is the Principal, Tess Baguio, signing the Sustainable Schools Charter in the presence of 80 three to five year old kids – our largest and youngest audience to date!

We are grateful for the opportunity to have planted seeds in these young minds and look forward to working collaboratively to achieve the aims of the Charter.
