CDNIS monitors and reports on its environmental impacts in an annual ESG report, and sustainability is an important consideration in its long-term strategic planning and ongoing investment. The recent refurbishment of its cafeteria and several classrooms included sustainable building materials, daylight sensors, energy efficienct microwave ovens and a green wall. Both works received a platinum rating under the BEAM Plus Interiors v1.0 standard of the Hong Kong Green Building Council.
