Lavi is the Co-Founder of Leela’s Lunches, a leading school food caterer in the UAE.

Following a career in investment banking in New York, London and Mumbai, she founded Leela’s Lunches in Dubai in 2015. Under her leadership, the company has grown to serving 15,000 high quality meals a day for over 40 nurseries and 10 international schools.

She is passionate about children’s education and the impact that sustainable, nutritious food can have on their development. Lavi has led several sustainability initiatives across the business – including measuring and reporting the carbon footprint of their lunches and electrifying their delivery fleet.
